Hi All!  Are there any runners out there  who run in Belleville, or are you mainly Trenton runners?  I am an early morning runner and would love a running buddy even just a couple of days a week.  I used to run with a friend but she moved to the east end ( hard to get togeather on weekdays).  i live in the west end near Centennial High School.  I just completed my first marathon in Ottawa, what a great experience.  I just find it very helpful knowing there is someone counting on me to get out and run in the morning.  It's pretty easy to talk yourself out of going .  I run about a 6 minute K and try to do 10-14K on weekdays and a longer run on the weekends.  I really want to do another marathon in the fall.  Looking forward to hearing from west end Belleville runners.  Nancy

Hi Nancy, my name is David Storey { snowrunner }.
I have a friend and she is looking for a AM run buddy, she lives about 2" down Rendersville rd, but she travels. She isn`t quite as fast as you are, nor does she go as far, but she is just starting out, if you could spare a day a week to help a beginner i know she would appreciate it, as we all have to start somewhere eh, i run with her wednesday evenings, but she`d rather do some AM running, but im unable to accomodate her due to my work schedule.
If you could, just message me and i will hook ya`s up.Thanks a bunch.David Storey. grin

There is also a group of runners that run about your speed and leave from One to One Fitness a couple of mornings a week.  They do up to an hour in the mornings so I'll mention it to them.
