You won't regret doing the PEC. I'm not running it this year, but will be volunteering, so I'll see you on the roads. Happy training.

Hi Mike, I run in Belleville and know a good 14 k run. I don't know where you would be starting from, but I live at Avondale and Harder dr. near Centennial High School. I go down Avondale to Dundas, east in dundas to south Front st. I turn right there and make my way down to the water front trail. i'm not sure of the names of the streets down there! I run along the trail to Herchimer, up Herchimer to Victoria, west on Victoria to church, to Dundas, west on Dundas and back home. It's a nice run along the trail and there are a couple of good hills too. I hope this helps. Nancy

mike, I noticed you were asking if anyone knew of a "14 k run in Belleville" and was wondering if you are aware of G-maps?? Gmapspedometer.com is a great website that allows you to download a map of any city and then map out your route and measure the distance. It was of great use to me while training for Ottawa. I mapped ALL of my long runs using it and it's very accurate.

Thanks for the information, ladies. That sounds like a good run Nancy. I'll also have to check out Gmapspedometer.com like Julie mentioned.
Thanks again.
Mike
