Anyone who is interested or thinking about getting into triathlons should really give Bill and Donna's clinic a "tri".  We have just finished our 12 week course, and I got so much out of it.  They cover everything from basic equipment, to what you need on race day.  Even if you've done some tri's before, I think you would definately benefit from their combined racing experience!  Plus I had a great time, made some new friends, and can't wait to get the season started!  Just see Sandy's article "Tips to Maintain" or stop by her shop for details on the next clinic.

Thanks for everything Bill and Donna, I had a blast!

When's your first triathlon, Janet?

I wholeheartedly certainly agree with you, Janet.  I originally took the course just to get out of the house and maybe learn a bit about transitions in the duathalon, but now I'm itching to start the season.  I'm definitely thinking about throwing out the duathalon plans and getting into triathalons.  I never thought I would ever be comfortable in the water, but now I don't panic and I owe a big thanks to Donna and Bill for my comfort level.  Donna and Bill were great to joke with, workout with and I learned so much from them.  It's well worth the cost and time if anyone is thinking about it.

I'm glad that you both enjoyed the tri clinic so much.  For anyone who is interested Bill and Donna are taking registration for their new 10 week clinic. You can also contact Elizabeth at The Foot Shack for more details about their upcoming clinic.  392-5297
