I never realized how serious I looked before a run!!! I hadn't planned on showing up as my wife and I were up north that week but came back early to beat the traffic.  For those who don;t know me I'm the shirtless one at the race start.  Due to surgery years ago, I have a terrible time with heat transfer and can't imagine how anyone can run in a T-Shirt. Glad I'm a guy.
P.S  Derek would probably have beaten me if he had left the shirt behind. ;)

For anyone interested, the pictures are up on Adam's site from the "I DO" 5K Run for Patti and Nick.

Enjoy!

Great job Adam and Heather .  I like that you post your pics so quickly.  It was a great day despite the heat.  Thank you lovely host/hostess!!  ( I'm technically challenged so I will not be posting my pictures.)

I agree Lisa - the I Do Run was great and to all the people who put so much work into it - thank you!  You might just start a new trend in "pre-wedding parties!"
