I was very surprised at the amount of people who came out this morning to run.
I loved running that trail very beautiful scenery.
We didn't do a full loop but we did end up doing 7.33K which is good for me. grin
Next week a little further.
Thanks for a great morning everyone!

Glad you come out Cheryl, yes it was a great group.  It wasn't as cold as yesterday which was nice, the footing wasn't great but it was a lot fun!  7.33k is awesome!!

Your right in some spots you could feel your feet slip.
But with the new asics I bought at your store yesterday I loved every minute of the run.
I have mentioned to a few people I know to come see you guys for shoes because you do a great job at finding the right shoes.
Next is a water bottle waist belt. I bought a hand held yesterday but am still feeling it out being you have to hold it and it makes your arm heavy.
Are you guys doing the same run next Sunday?

Thank you for the endorsement Cheryl.  I am heading our on holidays so won't be around for the next two Sundays but just keep an eye here and someone will post where they are running.

The library is for the residents of Quinte West not for those who "run" Quinte West  grin
