.....I can't believe it he had such a good defence, the whole it's not me it's them & the dog ate my home work or T bone in this case!
He loses his last Tour & Giro title and is suspended for 2 years,retroactive so he can race again Aug. of this year.
I'm so shocked this my have broken my faith in humanity and fair play
