Sorry I missed the run today.  Had a migraine all day yesterday so today was a pj day.  See you next week.

The snowmobile trails were a blast to run on this morning,even though it was a little cold at the start, things "warmed up" nicely. Wendy it's to bad that you had a migraine, a good choice to stay in as the bright sunshine would have been torture. Hope your feeling better.
