Field Trip to Goodrich Loomis on Sat, Nov 19

For anyone who is interested, some of us are going to go and run at Goodrich Loomis on Saturday.  We will meet at the Wooler Road car park for car pooling at 8:30.  Just post if you plan on meeting us at the car park and we will wait for you.

We will start running about 9 a.m. at Goodrich and will probably do a couple of hours -- followed by breakfast somewhere.  Open to suggestions if anyone knows of a good place.

Not running but my fav non-greasy breakfast in Brighton is http://www.kaileyskafe.ca/ if you can look past the scenery of the Brighton industrial park.
