I am hosting a gait retraining session at 10am on Saturday morning at the store.  It will consist of 30 minutes of form drills then a 20 to 30 minute run to practice.  I have room for a total of 6 people and 2 spots are taken.  If you are interested please email me at coachsandym@gmail.com to reserve your spot and further details.  First come first serve.

I'm definitely going to need this, but due to my recovery, I'm unable to attend this session.  Are you planning another one of these (after Nov 14th)?
