Excellent turn out for our final event especially considering a number or our participants had run the Army Run or Sandbanks on Sunday.

Fastest swim:  Jon Bell 5:21
Most improved swim:Greg Callaghan15:31 to 8:40

Fastest opening run: Jason James 3:31
Most imporved run:Petra Austin 6:06 to 5:39
Most consistent run:  Mitchell Mowbray 4:08 in both races

Fastest bike: Tony Nelson 20:19
Most improved bike: Stephanie Rupnow 33:02 to 27:10
Most consistent bike: Tony Nelson and Gloria-Anne MacDonald

Fastest run: Mike Kotuk 12:09
Most improved run: Gloria-Anne MacDonald
Most consistent run: Jason James

Course Records: Tri...Jon Bell 39:10     Du...Jason James 39:10
Most consistent: Tri...Neil Ibey 56:03 in both events   Du...Mitchell Mowbray 48:19 and 48:24

and the most Improved Overall..........Stephanie Rupnow who improved on her first time of 1:07:02 by 10:57 finishing her final event in 56:05

Typo fix:  its 39:10 for the course record... though 36:10 sounds like quite a feat to shoot for  wink

Yes we will be doing this again next year.  Will probably start a little earlier, thinking every 3 weeks and finish up the last week of Aug.  We are also considering a field limit of 50.

What a great time! Loved it (even though I missed out on the last race  evil, and more importantly cookies laugh).Thanks so much for hosting this event, can't wait until next year to do it all over again!

Great idea to host these races and an even better idea to have cookies after them.
