We've made a decision.  Rachel, Heather and I are going to do our long run on Monday, from the store, starting at 7:30 a.m.  We hope to run about 17 or 18K.  Anyone is welcome to join us.  Just know we are slow.

I would be interested in joining for a long run. I need to get in 18k. Don't care about speed, only the availability of trees or ditches for pit stops if needed.

You are welcome to join us, Rhonda.  Some of us are slow, but I believe Sandy and Nancie are coming out if you want to run fast!

Fun, enjoyable, laugh and smiles are not usually words I put in the same sentence with "long run" but today they sure fit. Great time today ladies! Thank you!
