Hello all, I have arrived safely, it is very different here but strangely beautiful. It seems like mtn biking will rock, Peter and all you hill junkies (of which I apparently will become one) It is crazy hilly here! I didn't think the geography would be like this but it is very cool. I will send pics once I am more settled.
OK so I need some advice. I don't have the attachment for the valve stem on my bike, it is coming but probably won't get here for a week and my pump is with my other bike(I hope) I know I am a little disorganized!!! Can anyone tell me if there is any way I can jimmy something to get air in my tires. I have been to every gas station (2) in town and the fire dept no go! I am still looking to find someone with a bike pump but it is slow especially on the weekend. Not a lot of fitness people up here. I am the only one out in the am and that is at 7. Tims does not even open til 8!!!!!
If any one has any ideas I will give it a try.
Thanks K

Not much you can do unless you can find a bike shop with a pump, or someone else with a bike pump. I guess running is on order for a while.
Also why I carry a valve convertor in my behind the seat bike bag.
Peace
Peter
