Don't get 'em started again, though I'm sure the whining hasn't stopped  wink  Definitely a grind out there, but a good ride to build some strength and durability.

Started again,I don't think we ever really quit cheesy.  Today's ride definately had it's moments,and if Montreal has some "tailwinds" like that, I'll be at the bar wink.

It was an awesome ride (now that it is over  grin).   grin
Nothing like slugging into the wind for 5 hrs with your Big Ring buddies to bring out the best in everyone.  We are now calling Mr Hammerfest - Mr Sunshine.  The laughs after the ride were worth it.
Thanks to those who did most of the pulling into the wind.  I think Im ready for my Try a Tri now..... goteam1
