Don't get 'em started again, though I'm sure the whining hasn't stopped    Definitely a grind out there, but a good ride to build some strength and durability.

Started again,I don't think we ever really quit .  Today's ride definately had it's moments,and if Montreal has some "tailwinds" like that, I'll be at the bar .

It was an awesome ride (now that it is over  ).   
Nothing like slugging into the wind for 5 hrs with your Big Ring buddies to bring out the best in everyone.  We are now calling Mr Hammerfest - Mr Sunshine.  The laughs after the ride were worth it.
Thanks to those who did most of the pulling into the wind.  I think Im ready for my Try a Tri now.....
