The total kms will be closer to 97 and time should be around 3 hours.

Things keep getting better - just looked at the forecast and it appears we may be in for some nice, cool, refreshing, rain.  Gonna help leave us nice and fresh for the run.. you know the old saying 'if it ain't raining, it ain't training'.  grin

Also, it looks like all the showers will be over in the afternoon, so hopefully the BBQ will go off without a hitch.

Great ride today guys!  Loved both of those loops, 2 of the best routes I've done in the area - thanks!

Can't wait until next week... gonna be a blast!

Hey Mr Hammerfest (AKA Jon).....eat and drink lots on Saturday because we are not riding at 42k/hr to Ktown.  Peter is MIA so clearly you have stepped up to fill that role.  And don't get us wrong....we love it!!

The poison Ivy surrounding the trails is dying down so I'm back to my regular schedule of MTBing on Sunday. Glad to hear Jon is not letting ya'll slack off.

Peace

Jenn... I've been called many things, but that may be one of the nicest names yet - I'll take it!  wink

You're probably right though we won't be riding 42km/hr... with the likely tail wind we should get along the lake, we'll probably touch 45km/hr or more!  tongue  Looking forward to a great day!

Sandy,

It's been cooler lately and I didn't notice any bugs on the ride Sunday (around 3hrs in the woods) and not one on my trail run in the bush on Monday. So things are looking up, I should soon notice improvements as I won't be donating blood on a daily basis.  grin

Peace
Peter

That would be awesome because it's getting to be trail running weather!
