Bad news first...Kristi is heading north for a year!!!!  tears  Kristi has become an integral part of our tri community and in one year has gone from tri newbie to Ironman, mentor and coach as well as Uber biker!  We are so proud of her and will miss her dearly.

Good news...this gives us an opportunity to eat, drink, be merry and wish her well!!

Sunday August 21 after biking so approximately 1pm at Jeff and my place for a farewell BBQ.  Everyone welcome including spouses/significant others. Bring your own drinks and lawn chairs.

Please pass it on.

Please RSVP.

I hope all of you know that I wouldn't have reached my goals had I not been training with the Tri & Run team.  I will miss everyone a great deal and my motivation for next year will still be all of you guys.  While I am training up there I will be thinking about you all nice and warm down here.  Hopefully the cold will make me bike and run faster.   laugh  K

Wanted to thank all for the BBQ this afternoon.  Sandy and Jeff thanks for the hospitality your house is wonderful.  Tony thanks for the great grub.  Everyone else you all rock and I will miss you.  If anyone wants to visit the north let me know, my door is always open... the igloo door.  laugh
Thanks too Dave and Kim.
