Hey Gang,

At the risk of being cheesy, I thought I would remind all of you what a blast and privilege it is to have these group rides, runs and swims going on all summer (and year round in some cases).  A big shout out is due to Sandy, Jeff and the staff at Tri and Run - so be sure to thank them :)  They do a great job of giving of their time to share their passion for the sport, and speaking as an out-of-towner, you ought to be very grateful for the organization and experience they bring to the sport - you don't get that everywhere.

I always enjoy being able to hook up with you guys when possible, and this past week you have added to my joy of the sport and probably helped 'speed up' my desire to get back at it, and do some racing!  Thanks.

We are lucky. Lucky to have the talent of Sandy and Jeff and the rest of thr Tri and Run gang to lean on for support. I will admit being military I have never found a group of people so willing to lend their personnel experiecnces. I have learned so much and have gotten a whole new respect for the world of triathlons. It will be a sad day if and when we (Rehbergs) have to leave this area, lets just hopoe it's not for many years to come.

Thank you Sandy and Jeff.

It is so easy for everyone in the hustle and bustle of our busy lives to forget to say it.  So ... coming from probably one of the more "entertaining" people in the group, "Thank you, Sandy, Jeff and Tri  Run Staff!"

I know that I personally am a much better athlete today because of all of your advice, time and patience with me.

See you tomorrow night for #2!

So true, it is easy to forget how lucky we are because we get used to having the people from Tri and Run organize runs, rides, and swims.
We are also spoiled by having such a great group of people involved who can give you ideas about almost anything from nutrition and hydration to equipment.
I know for sure that it is only due to the fact that this training/support system is in place, that I felt like I would be able to take part in Lake Placid next year.
Cheers.

All right I am in for the cheese as well.  You guys do more than anyone could ever expect or ask for.  You have assisted so many in achieving their goals and that is something we will all carry for the rest of our lives.  The Tri and run team go far above and beyond what I ever expected and I thank all of you for talking me off the ledge so many times over the last year.  I appreciate you all and will miss you all over the next year.

Apparently hangovers make me sappy!   On the up side the bike ride today made mee feel much better(after we were done)

I'm glad I saw this post....well said Jon!!
We are all so very lucky to have Sandy, Jeff, and all of the great T&R staff. I know personally that there is no way I could have made the gains that I have made in the last year without them and the awesome people that are drawn to them.....like all of you folks that are the Big Ring and FunRunners!! You are all very infectious (....in the good way  cheesy) and I can't imagine what it would be like without any of this.
It's a wicked ride!!

Thanks for everything you guys do (abuse and all wink).  Everyone always asks how do you do it, and I tell them to find a group of crazy people to do it with you, I've found and love that crazy group. You guys rock! Thanks Sandy and Jeff and the T&R staff. You guys go above and beyond what most associates would do.
