Nah - those crazy people are just training for the Half Iron Distance at the Esprit Race in Montreal.  I will ride with them this weekend but I guess I am over training for my leisurely Olympic Distance at Esprit.  Just means I can have a Starbucks while I watch them all start at 7am.....and I will still beat them to the finish line for once!

I guess you're right, "You can't run with the BIG DOGS if you still pee like a puppy"

The swim start as a pro is sometimes fun as they start you at the front sometimes even with the head start, it's the constantly getting swum over and pummelled by the waves behind that's a drag. (actually speaking from experience here)

Peace

Sounds like a few people felt the "heat" today.

G'day Sandy,

I don't think it was the heat as I found it quite nice, and I was only behind about 1 bottle at that point. I think it was just ambition exceeding fitness. In other words I was having tooooo much fun to slow down.  angel

Jon - Agreed, it was great ride, good to see you out.

Peace
