Mid Summer Night's Run ~ Toronto Waterfront
«

I was just wondering if I could get some feedback from people who have run this event in previous years. I am training for the 30K run. It will be my very first 30K distance event and I thought it would be helpful to know what to expect.
Thanks for any and all help!

Haven't done this one yet...I am doing the 15k with a couple friends so hope to see you there.
I have done 30k Around the Bay in Hamilton a couple times and was told to break it down into 3 X 10k. Each chunk is a manageable distance and treat it as an accomplishment. You will do just fine!
