As part of the Big Ring Sunday long run the recreational speeds will begin this Sunday June 12.  Come join for an enjoyable ride at paces between 20-28kph depending on who shows up.  No speedsters here, this ride is for those who are just learning to those who ride recreationally.

9:00am from Tri & Run Sports

Everyone is welcome.  Must have a bike in good repair and a helmet.  Come ride once to see if you like it then join the club and come weekly!

If you are a speedster please see the post under the Big Ring.

You are a kid at heart. You like running in mud and riding your bike.

It is, and we are still short of volunteers. If anybody could spare a couple of hours on Sunday morning, we really could use more people on the bike course. Safety is a HUGE concern! The more people the safer the course. We have the police and some volunteers, but with many events this weekend, we are still short. A t-shirt, meal and the satisfaction of helping some kids ride safely are great reasons to help!

My email is mpothier@kos.net if you would like to help, or have any questions...

thanks,
Michelle Pothier
CO-Race Director
County KOS Triathlon

As well a BIG thank you to Sandy and Tri and Run for there continued support of our event!!!!
