G'day Guys,

So how did the skills clinic go, everyone have a good time?

Sometimes Mtbing I feel like I did when I was a kid on a bike. Doing just because you want/love it not because it's exercise/fitness/good for you.
Riding over things you probably shouldn't, skidding the tires, and generally just blasting around with buddies.

Peace
Peter

Peter,

The first class was a blast. Learned that although our grown up judgement say no to it, I found out speed is the key for a lot of obstacles!

Thank you Colleen for braving my bike with no brakes down the big hill! I will get the bike in today for repairs.

Yep it was a blast! Can't wait for next week, more bug spray needed, I had too many bites to count, who'd have thought it with all that mud!

I'm with you about feeling like a kid on a bike, Peter.  These days I'm like the kid in the outfield picking dandelions...  ride along looking at the moss... wheelie over little things just for fun...  who cares when you get there or where there is... ;)

Got your brakes on order, Dave... Can't wait to get them on for you!!

Hopefully, this week we have a little less mud.  We'll be going through some of the Surf 'n' Turf trail so we get some sneak peaks.   grin

Glad to hear you guys enjoyed.  Lots of skill to go around already really, just a little more practice needed...  See you all on Monday again (with the exception of Dave  sad)

Cheers,
Colleen
