Kim and I would like to thank Patti with all her help and encouragement throughout our training and on race day. This was our first Half and we are looking forward to our next one all ready!

Also thank you to the Tri and Run gang!

See you all soon so we can stock up on electrolytes and gels once again.

Thanks!  I'm so happy to be in the club!  Never thought I would ever run 5km not to mention 21.1km!  Ok on to the marathon next!  hmmm maybe I should think about that a little longer....   cheesy

Thank you everyone. It sure is nice to hear the encouragement. I was reading the rules online of the 2010 Lake Placid Ironman. Sandy, you will have your work cut out to get me ready! I actually got scared and wanted to hide my head in the sand and take back what I said about wanting to do the Ironman.

laugh No worries Dave, anything worth doing is not always easy but it sure can be fun.  Look at it like a learning process, work in progress.  Kind of like starting a new grade...you don't need to know everything for the final exam on day one, that's why the school year is so long!
