Just wanted to wish everyone running Boston, good luck and enjoy your experience!  Especially to Nancie, Janet and Jutta! 

And I wanted to ask -- how do we go about signing up for the e-mail updates?  I looked on the marathon website and I cannot find anything about this.

Jane if you go to the bostonmarathon.org site and click on Participant Information then AT & T Athlete Alert.  That's where you can sign up for alerts whichever way you want to receive them.

Petra, did you use the Alert thing?  It just sends you update e-mails.  You don't have to do anything. 

If I could get the internet to work on my computer at work, I'd try and track it.  But it's probably lucky it's not working because chances are, I'd be too busy anyhow.

Yes, Jane, I signed up for it, however, every time that I signed up for any notification from any race I have yet to receive one  huh
Case in point, Jutta is at about 30k and I have not received one e-mail, haha.

Much easier to track them and then check the page once in a while.
