G'day Guys,

Well I finally pulled the plug (on the computrainer) and decided my sanity needed to get outside on the road bike. (Too much trainer time makes Peter an unhappy camper). Even though I've been out a few times on the mtb with Studded tires this winter there is nothing like the "effortless" gliding along dry pavement on a skinny wheeled bicycle. So after work today I threw on the leg warmers, extra pair of socks and did an easy couple hrs in the afternoon sun. AAWWWWWW I feel much better, that's what it's like to ride a bike again. :)
I know spring starts this weekend and as much as I enjoy winter warm weather just can't come quick enough.

Peace
Peter

Amen to that!  It's nice to hear the geese coming home.
