Hi Sandy

I was talking to someone at the Y yesterday, and we got into talking about running and energy.  This person is starting to run, and a bunch of the staff and volunteers are planning on doing the Spring Thaw in May - some of the proceeds go to the YCamp for Kids.

I can't find your article on fueling, I believe from sometime last year.  But if you could direct me in the right direction, I will forward.  I also recommended they sign up for the forum for more information and support for running races.   They are all excited as they each are personnal trainers and have their own expertise, but from the group - running isn't one of them.
I mentioned Gu-chomps and Nuun with peaked interest as well.

Thanks
