Well I have signed up for bike transition for 2011. Not sure what I am getting myself into here but I have plans on signing up for the Ironman 2012 Lake Placid race. I am sure I will regret making this decision!!!!!

David I really have to echo Sandy on this one.  I haven't regretted signing up for and then doing Ironman Canada.  Actually it still seems a bit unreal at times.  Did I actually do it???
You will have a great time training for and then completing Ironman Lake Placid.  And just remember, "The more the merrier."
See you there!

I remember being told a few days before a marathon "Being nervous is fine...negative thoughts are not acceptable."
Never regret taking on a challenge!

Great advice, Rhonda ... I'll have to tuck that away and pull it out one day when I need it!

That is all great advice. I am sure once all is said and done there will be no regrets. The only regret would be never trying!!!

I can't wait to see who is uplifting and who is positive.....
But really for some unknown reason I am looking forward to spending many hours over the next year and a half with all of you!!!!
Even you Dennis, as long as you stop making fun of my bike!!!!!
Cheers,
Bryan

I have reserved a campsite at the KOA for Friday to Monday.  Not sure if I will be able to get there Friday or Saturday, if anyone else needs a place to set up a tent you are welcome to share with me. I signed up for bike handler and bike check out. grin
