Well... who is volunteering and for what spot?  Is the Big Ring taking over a certain task (peeling, bike check in etc)?  I assume if you add your name to this thread you are signing up for 2012?  Let's get the roll call going!  I am undecided as of yet.  Right now I work the weekend of IMLP next year, I have holiday picks coming soon and that will dictate some things :)

Jeff, Dennis, Beth and I are signed up to volunteer at gear drop off on Sat.  Just Jeff and Dennis are signing up in 2012.  I think there are at least 9 others planning on it.

G'day Jeff,

Not so worried about the swim, but I'm quite worried about the bike... There seems to be quite a bit of climbing, those hills look big and scary.  cry

Plus I'd HAVE to buy a new Carbon tribike with DI2 and a power meter.  grin

Peace

We will be standing in line to register for 2012 (I will be registering, she will be keeping me company).

Hey Wendy
A bunch of us are staying at the KOA in Wilmington of course that involves a trailer or such. The Best Western in LP is beautiful, the major problem is a lot of places are booked up a year in advance so it may hard to find a place, you may want to start calling around soon
