I am turning into a wuse.  Or is that wus ?  Or whus?  Whatever it is, Heather and I are going to skip the run tonight due to the amount of pouring rain predicted.  I really don't like the idea of running in the dark AND pouring rain.  So we are going to go and take advantage of our YMCA membership instead.  Just wanted to let someone know so the group is not waiting for us - as we are always late.   rolleyes

See you on Sat a.m. at the Egg Nog Jog!

I didn't feel like running today in the rain even though it wasn't cold. I guess we all need an event to push us a little, to just make us get out and do it.

Peace

For me, it was more the rain AND the dark.  I find it harder to see with both combined and is it really worth tripping and falling?  Plus I didn't want to get wet and chilled and risk getting sick.  Even though I know they say getting wet won't make you sick.  But being chilled for the rest of the evening is not appealing.  We did actually go and do our work out at the YMCA which made us happy to get some of our use out of our memberships.

I agree, Jane.
You do NOT want to take the chance that you might trip and fall.  It isn't worth it!
