Janet is looking to trail run at Batawa tomorrow.

I am looking at walking.

Is anyone else interested?  I won't go out there myself.

I don't think I will be running at all, Sue.  Although my leg does feel better after walking today.  Just don't want to set myself back by running again too soon.  You never know, there may be other people running out there though.  Hard to tell, now the Fat Ass is over if anyone will come out.  And most people don't post it seems.

I am going to go out for 9 a.m. and see if anyone shows up who wants to walk.  If nobody does, I will just come home and do my own walk in my neighbourhood.

Thanks Sue and Lori for a great hike through the woods!!  And to all you trail runners who didn't come out this week, just a warning......  the water is back!!  At least on the 10K route.  You have no choice but to get your feet wet.

Sure.  Take one week off and the trails fall apart.  Oh well.
Thanks for the head's up, Jane.
I will see everyone and anyone who wants to do trails at 9:00 next Sunday!
