Trying to convince a group from work to do the Fat Ass. May have one talked into your run on Sunday. She just did Synenham last week and loved it. Sandy and Kate please keep your eyes open for Candice. Thanks ladies. Have fun.

Really!!!!
Rain or shine!!!!!
I guess I will have to show up or won't be able to live down the shame of public humiliation.
I will be there, might not be happy but will be there.
Cheers,
Bryan.

On telling of my morning running the trails of Batawa, my daughter contributed the following and I thought they were just too creative not to share ~

If an athletic therapist gets tripped by a gnome and falls in the enchanted forest, does anybody hear him (besides me)?

If an athletic therapist falls, who does he go to see to make him better?
