I am new to this what do you do at track night?

Ahh, great question.  The answer is evolving, but basically we meet at the track for a little motivation to complete our speed work.  For newbies, I'll help fine tune a training plan to help you meet your goals if you'd like, and we like to try new drills from time to time, to keep things fresh and pick up some new tools.  There's some work on form and strength, and, depending on how the conversation goes...some racing tips.
