Run for the Cure

The CIBC Run for the Cure is in Kingston on Sunday October 3rd. If anyone not doing PEC or the Toad and is looking for a shorter run for a good cause.

I did this run seven years ago (during my first year of running) and really, really enjoyed it. The energy there was just unbelievable. It's too bad that it is on the same weekend as the Toad and PEC.
Have a great run there, we'll be thinking of you while we are at the finish line at PEC.
