Life has gotten busy but I am still running, not giving it up! Just uploaded some runs, my time is improving woo hoo - this excites me. I signed up for a 10k group (class) just to stay focused and make sure I continue to set goals. Sometimes it's easier to let exercise slide and get something else done. I don't want that to happen. If you pay you will go!!
