I would maybe pop in the store and get fitted there. I'm 5'7" and i ride a small frame (not sure what size in cm that relates to). I'm really short through my upper body, so the small is perfect for me, as the seat height is quite adjustable. Otherwise I think everyone has the basics covered for you to get started, happy riding!

Thanks Janet. I can easily see that this is definitely something where someone needs to be fitted. It isn't just the upper body, hands to shoulder/back, where it feels too small. We are all different, so it isn't just height it seems.

Just back from seeing Colleen at Tri & Run (VERY helpful, thank you again) and have decided to get a larger bike, then I will head back in and get Colleen to adjust everything until I am good to go.

Soon.....  grin

Thanks also to patti, the Endurolytes are a hit.

Well it seems the 50's are all gone, and have been for sometime.  The new ones come out in March...and I will be the first order.

Bummer but until then I can train hard and get in top shape  smiley

Any suggestions on exercises to add which may help me come bike season?

Thanks
