7am from the store for 2 hour run.  More fun then a barrell of Monkeys. 

***Be warned though...if you do not bring your fuel belt or hydration system and carb replacement and you bonk/hit the wall/dehydrate/crash/or anything else self imposed that prevents you from moving forward I WILL roll you into a ditch and leave you because that is just stupid!  grin

Heather and I will be there.  I hope I have recovered substantially from this cold before then or I am never going to get my Toad training in!  I won't be fast though.

Don't worry -- you KNOW you have trained us well Sandy and we will definitely have fuel belts with water, energy drinks, gels, and salt pills.  I don't want to end up in the ditch!!!   wink
