I'm a bit confused. (surprise, surprise) originally the "Think You Can Run Fast" that is on this Sunday at Tri&Run was posted as a 4 & 8k and the latest email (Dog days of Summer at Tri & Run Sports) says it's 5km. I'm guessing it's 5km as any of the AGE/SEX/WEIGHT calculators I've seen won't work with non-standard distances like 4 or 8km. Proceeds going to a good cause as well, curious to find out how many people show as there was so much support for the ENSS track via the voting competition.

Peace
Peter

It's 4 or 8k.  Pick your poison.

I'll be there - but I  KNOW   I can't run fast LOL..    I'll always be the  turtle in the pack and the only way I'll win, is if I'm the only one in  my age category  (not likely)    roflmaob

I think we're ok with volunteers but feel free to come and we may put you to work.

It was fun.  Thanks for organizing it Tri & Run!  Although now I am more motivated than ever to NOT lose weight.   tongue   Just kidding  laugh  I can't do anything about the age thing, but it would be nice to not feel like I am dragging a 20 lb bag of potatoes when I am trying to get up that 2nd Dug Hill!    rolleyes

Thank you Tri & Run!  It was VERY fun.  And hopefully next year I will be in better health and be able to see where I truly do stand (although I was more than pleased today   smiley).

Great photos, Cathy!  Thank you for taking them.
