G'day Jeff,

To be the typical fly in the ointment that I usually am, I've noticed an oddity with you ride postings. I was looking through past postings and and I've never seen anything like.
5:30pm at store, Tempo.  or 40k Hard. or 36km fast paced ride after work. Just curious how do you Dennis and Tony get so strong always going at an easy or a relaxed pace.  grin
(must be the peds)

I'll crawl back to my cave now, enjoy your ride.

Oh ya and they're calling for rain this afternoon.

Peace
Peter

You see Peter that is how Jeff and Tony suck us in each week. They say 35Km easy but it ends up turning into hills with an  avg speed of 28-31km/hr otherwise. It's all good, what doesn't kill ya will only make you stronger!

Jeff- I will not be there packing and getting ready to head to Nova Scotia. Have a great ride.

For those about to ride, I salute you!

Well Pete it?s actually quite complicated, lots of mathematical formulas, don?t think I can explain it in layman?s terms.  There is more than one way to skin a cat!! grin

Have a great trip Dave.

Glad you didn't try explaining it as you know me and complicated training theories and advanced mathmatical formulas. It's just about as bad as the current ridiculous overuse of expensive technological gadgets. wink

Peace

So their "Secrets of Speed" has something to do with cats?

No wonder I have so much trouble trying to stay in their draft. I've never been much of a cat guy. azn

Dave!        Enjoy Nova Scotia. Are you bringing the bike?

Craig,

Actually this should be right up your alley... as they obviously aren't cat people either since they are "Skinning" them for some demented ironman training ritual. Though it seems to be effective, I'll see how well it works come IMC before I add another strange ritual to my routine.

Peace

Craig,

No I didn't bring the bike. I will suffer for that when I get home. Good thing is I have 4 days of vacation left to ride till my heart is content or my butt can take no more.  I also need to get ready for the Duathlon I signed up for as well. SO I will do shorter rides followed by runs to prepare.
