How long and what type of ride?

We go for about an hour and depending on who comes and the terrain we ride we will cover between 25-32k.  Jeff and I will be finishing off a 150k ride with this ride so it might be a little flatter and slower then usual.  We have concentrated on skills during this ride and have worked on pace lines, hill ascending and descending, pedal stroke etc.  Most riders will be able to ride at 30kph.
