Hey Gang,

First off, congrats to all those who completed the race on Sunday.  It was a scorcher for sure.  Someone said it was likely the hottest race in the past 2 years in Southern Ontario.  I know for some it was their first, and that's quite a feat!  My first half (back in '07) was a HUGE disaster in the heat (florida), and I'm fairly certain all of you beat my time from that nightmare of an experience (that I hate to recall  wink).  Bravo to all of you!

Anyways, I wrote about the day from my view.  If you have a few moments, and want to read - feel free (it is a tad long, sorry  smiley)

Cheers,
