Nancy,

You think that takes a toll on the body, Colonel Tony Okeeffe, from Kingston,  recently finished RAAM (Race Across America) 4835km in 10days, 8hrs, and 36min. putting him 4th place in the Solo division. He has Raced this 3 times and this is his second finish, last year he had to drop out about half way as he couldn't hold his head up. This is HardCore bicycle riding.

Peace
Peter

The tennis match was wild.  They said they "sprinted" the equivalent of 24 miles, almost a marathon.
