Congrats to all the women who ran the half and the 5k in Toronto yesterday. You all Rock! And a big thanks to Petra for draging my butt along the last 10k.  grin

Congratulations to everyone who raced yesterday and pulled themselves through the heat!  Hope the chocolate wasn't soup, at least we know the Fireman can take the heat.   roflmaob

The dragging was certainly mutual, I was so glad when I ran (more like walked) into you.
I was looking for someone to share my misery with!  evil

And Sandy, I cared even less about the firemen this year than I did last year.
At least I didn't trip over any pylons   wink

Congratulations to everyone who ran, especially to Nancie and Meghan on their top finish!
