The plan for Sunday's ride is 2 40k loops, 1 flat and 1 bumpy followed by a 5k run.  Starting 9 at Tri and Run.

Be gentle, Damon and I plan to be there, and you've still got the run to live through....

Sandy,

If you want you can have your bumpy 40km back, I got working out the route and a road I was going to use isn't paved and I know that's not acceptable for the T&R crew so to by pass that, the loop ends up being about 48km, unless a "fun" section becomes a short out and back. So it's up to you if
a) 43km bumpy route with a short out and back
b) 48km loop
c) your bumpy 40km loop

Sorry for being such a nuisance but I just love making routes and exploring the country side, and doing the same loop over and over again seems boring when we have sooo many nice roads in the area to explore. And the summer seems so short.

Peace
Peter
