Starting from store at 9, two 30k loops with 12k run to follow.

G'day Jeff,
This is probably sounding tired, but I'm actually serious, is it Two 30km loops or are you and Dennis counting a ride from home to the store as a loop. I'm just trying to plan nutrition.
