I find it much simpler to leave my breakfast at home until after, and exist only on gels...

Breakfast is important for me on longer rides like that when I leave the house early and get back late. All night without food plus getting ready and out the door then riding another 4+ hrs before "real food" makes me an unhappy camper.

My plan this week is to do 45k...I don't care how it's divided up so we can do 22.5k twice if you feel the need to do loops.  grin
