That's good Dennis!  Seeing how I'll be in a classroom on Saturday I did mine on Thursday, on the trainer, watched the hills of Penticton go by, scenery was great and room was warm.  Turned up the fan to provide some wind resistance.   roflmaob

I did 40 km in the cold and froze.  1 hr into the wasn't fun nor warm or easy.  Had to finish the last 30km on the trainer on a crappy bike.  Got another 70 km tomorrow hope its warmer.
