That's good Dennis! Seeing how I'll be in a classroom on Saturday I did mine on Thursday, on the trainer, watched the hills of Penticton go by, scenery was great and room was warm. Turned up the fan to provide some wind resistance.

I did 40 km in the cold and froze. 1 hr into the wasn't fun nor warm or easy. Had to finish the last 30km on the trainer on a crappy bike. Got another 70 km tomorrow hope its warmer.
