So, the intelligent among us would stop if we had a stabbing pain inside our calf after the first mile. Needless to say the next 13 were not my best, and increasing the pace didn't help.
Maybe I'll take 2 days off instead of 1.

I did end the run with the polka dot jersey...so it wasn't a total loss.

Well, the plan was to run Wednesday, but I'm still not confident I'm healed. That and I was selling 50/50 tickets at the Bulls game.
I'll be out soon enough that you'll forget you ever missed me. LOL
