As we start our Ironman training next week I am thinking it would be a great time to improve my eating habits.  Does anyone know of a website that offers daily/weekly nutritional plans?
I find it easier to stay on track if I have a plan!
Thanks.

I came across this a while back. http://www.fitwise.com/Healthy_Diet.asp
I also find things easier following a plan. Takes the thought out of it.
We don't plan to fail, we fail to plan.

G'day Craig,

The problem is I "plan" to have seconds and I rarely "fail" to complete said task.

Peace

Thanks, Craig, for the link.
Menus look good and easy to prepare.

OK - I don't see cheeseburger or ice cream on there any where.....what's up with that!!??  I thought the point of doing all this training was so we could eat whatever we wanted....hahaha!

I'm just kidding (kind of)....I have now cut french fries out......

I'm sure I read that grape juice (aka wine) was good for you too...

I'm just trying to help Wendy!!!  xo

Patti,

You don't eat French Fries do you??????? Someone that is on the cutting edge of fitness and nutrition like yourself, or is this something new in the PED area that maybe we should all be made aware of. :) Though maybe it's a combination with the Wine that is important? Those French they are so ahead of us.

Peace
Peter

Sorry Peter I hope I haven't disappointed you, but I have been known to eat the occasional fry!!
Chocolate is even harder for me to resist.
