Thanks Kate.  Maybe my post read a bit negative, but I wasn't trying to be.  Just stating the fact for now...with some hard work I'm hoping I can bounce back to form, which thankfully wasn't that long ago...last spring I was running well.  Thanks for the encouragement though, I'll store that in the memory bank.

Just did my last challenge run this morning, 100 runs in 100 days (731 km, 74hrs 47 min). grin
And 50 core workouts   horrrray!
Was anyone else doing this challenge?

It was actually fun (most of the time).

Now, what's next?  undecided
