We are planning for our last half marathon of the year for the half a month challenge.  We are looking at Dec 13 or 20...majority rules.

Sandy ... I have been "sinking", back issues still as well as that underlying push that there are no new running commitments or goals.

THANK YOU for posting this post.  I have felt down in the dumps because my mileage is decreasing since PEC in October.  BUT.  I now have new motivation for 2010.  It will ensure I keep my distance up in the new year (especially if I do decide to do the 30K at "A Midsummer Night's Run).  If nothing better, "a half a month" is a GREAT challenge in my books.

I am REALLY hoping my back heals soon and I can hit the roads as much as I would like to without concern (yes, I am still running, but slow and short).  After all, ask Holly.  I am NOT very good at taking any time off!!
