This coming Tuesday Oct 13th Certified Homeopathic Nutritionist Jillian Raycroft is coming to the store to chat about general, everyday nutrition and the athlete.  She will begin at 6:30pm and everyone is welcome so whether you come at 5:45pm to walk/run (available to everyone) or walk/run after she is done.  Please come and listen to her ideas.

Depending on how fast everyone is depends on how far we go.  Usually around 8-10k but we are going to make sure we are back by 6:30 so 7-8kish.

I told Carole I would post the time that I would be going so she wouldn't show up later (or earlier) and have nobody to run with.  Carole, I am going to be there at 5:45 and hopefully get back by 6:30 to listen to the talk.  I will probably only get about 5 or 6K though in that 45 minutes.
